Sunday, January 14th 6-7:30 p.m.

Battling Demons? Me too! Got a stale story trapped in your skull? Me too! Got Baggage, Trauma, Addictions, Insecurities, Doubts, Fears? Me too! Me too! Me too! Me too! Got Tension Knots? Me too!

Think you’re NOT good enough, bendy enough, spiritual enough to practice yoga and meditation? F*ck that noise!!! Maybe you’ve never even practice? Sweet!!!

Let me lead you through a chill practice to invite in the intention of un-ringing the stale fears for the New Year. Focus will be undoing the stale belief systems that are trapped in our body, mind and spirit.

Chakras And The Subtle Body
with Carla Olla

Saturday January 27th  12:30-3:30 p.m.

According to energy expert Anodea Judith, the chakras are “literally the way your soul creates what happens in your life.”  Join us for an afternoon of deep exploration of our inner landscape, where the physical, emotional and psychological meet. The ancient chakra system of India is like a spiritual map that leads you to a better understanding of yourself and others.  Connection to the subtle body is not limited just to chakras, though!  You’ll leave with a greater grasp of the concepts of prana (vital energy), nadis (energy pathways), koshas (sheaths or layers of being) and more.  Discussion with some asana, pranayama and meditation.

Carla Olla is the Founder of Love Yoga Center.  She is a Jivamukti certified yoga teacher and she has been practicing yoga since 2000 and teaching since 2005. She began teaching yoga in Naples Florida in 2010 and opened Love Yoga Center in July of the same year. Her classes are upbeat, devotional, and fun and she encourages her students to reach for their greatest potential while honoring and being compassionate toward themselves. Workshop=$35
